Welcome to the web site for Mushroom Family Learning Center! Our independent, secular non-profit preschool in Mt. Lebanon, PA, has been providing children with opportunities for individual growth within a shared environment for almost 40 years.

Licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare, Mushroom also aims to provide experiences that will help children develop a sense of connection with others and an awareness of the world around them.

Whether you are a parent in search of a quality and caring preschool for your child, or the parent of a child currently enrolled, we hope you find our web site to be a friendly and useful resource that you can visit often and recommend to others. The Newsletter goes green! Recently, our monthly newsletter is now being delivered via email. It is now also available on this website, see the Newsletter tab at the top!

MFLC has been awarded a $3000 grant from The Home Depot! With these funds, we will be making improvements to our school in the Early Learner’s and PreK classrooms as well as so playground upgrades! Home Depot will also be donating the labor costs so that these funds will strictly go to the materials needed for these improvements. Look for these improvements to be completed in the Spring of 2013. Thanks to those at Home Depot, especially Heather Parker, mangager, of the Bridgeville Home Depot.
